As a family, we moved to the U.S. because we believe in what this country promises:

The idea of starting a mobile coffee trailer had been with us for years, but it took this new chapter to finally bring it to life. It’s not just to sell coffee, but to create a space for connection, quality, and a moment of a break in the rush of everyday life.

I come from a completely different industry, but my Croatian roots have always made me open and easy with people.
My wife carries that southern warmth in her heart, lively, welcoming, and full of soul. She grew up surrounded by real hosts: in cafés, behind counters, serving with heart.
That same spirit lives in every cup she makes today.

We do this together as a couple, as a team, and as parents of two kids, because we believe: “When you’re passionate about something, anything is possible.”

This is more than coffee. It's our way of showing up for people.
